Planned opening hours logic

We expect to receive guests from 12:00 on weekdays and from 10:00 on weekends. We have longer evening hours on Fridays and Saturdays; in summer until 22:00, with shorter operating hours in winter. The exact daily schedule is shown in the live booking calendar.
